Eric Adams is a studio artist residing in southeast Texas, and the songwriter for Acre Memos. At Lamar University, Eric found a space to tell stories from his childhood - growing up on a dead-end road surrounded by aunts, cousins, and third-generation nephews. This small piece of land was affectionately named the Acre. Following graduation and the loss of access to a darkroom, he started writing songs and recording them with friends.
Eric's work is deeply motivated by a desire to share stories and connect with the passersby.
